Permissions Post
This will be made pretty later.
As an FYI, I will be giving blanket permissions for telepathic characters to have full access to his brain, as he has no real training on how to resist, but they'll have to play it as he thinks extremely fast and is somewhat difficult to follow, unless they're used to someone thinking at speedster-speed already.
For now, it's enough to say that I will opt out of anything that includes people being eaten and eye damage.
Tommy comes with a very minor TW for mistreatment of a child/medical experimentation but it can very easily be made to never come up. In fact, it would only be certain specific circumstances that it did.
